This notice covers the founder waitlist on the VIBEDESK website. It explains what the form sends, why we use it, and how to manage your entry. If the form is labeled “local preview,” nothing is sent or saved by VIBEDESK.

- Your email address and, if you choose to add it, what you would forge first.
- The consent version, interface language, page path, referring origin and path, and submitted UTM campaign fields.
- A request identifier and submission time used for deduplication, security, and support.
The waitlist form never records or uploads raw microphone audio.
Why we use it
We use this information to maintain your waitlist entry, plan founder access, and understand requested use cases. Once confirmation delivery and a public privacy request channel are enabled, we may also send occasional product milestones connected to VIBEDESK.
We do not sell waitlist information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it
Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the website, store waitlist records, or prevent abuse. If a verified confirmation channel is enabled later, its delivery provider will receive only the address and message data needed to send that email.
Retention and control
We keep an entry while the founder waitlist is active or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above. A published privacy request channel can be used to access, correct, or delete it and to opt out of future email.
A public privacy contact is not configured yet. Until one is published here, entries are held only to maintain waitlist position and plan founder access; confirmation and marketing email stay disabled.

Joining is optional. The form requires an email and acknowledgement of this notice; the first-forge intent is optional. You can still explore the interactive concept without joining the waitlist.
